I love to capture images through the lens of the camera. Sometimes that is the begining and end. because the image is fabulous on its own.
Sometimes I paint, layer, manipulate and transform the once simple image into something completely different. Many times they don't even look like they began as photography.
I also maipulate still images into art films and create from the out takes.
Special images become the canvas for my encaustic mixed media creations. See the transformations under 'Process'.
